We are more than simply a “workplace”:  we are a team where each individual has a meaningful role to play, disregarding profile, rank or seniority and where the company culture is aiming at a balanced lifestyle in line with our values.  Because People Matter…

The team

The Human Resources function within RiskPoint was set up in April 2021 when the company reached a 100 employee workforce. Our multi-national HR department is today servicing the Group across 14 countries in Europe, North America and AsiaPac in a fast-paced, expanding business. With more than 230 employees in 2024, the Group is planning the opening of new operations and countries and is therefore looking to strengthen its HR servicing to the business.

The HR team is closely interacting with the entire RiskPoint organization such as business centers, country management, Finance & Operations, Marketing & Communication, as well as other insourced/outsourced partners.

The HR function being relatively recent to the Group, the opportunities are wide in terms of value creation and entrepreneurial challenges when it comes to People matters.

  • Provide advice and information to employees on social and salary matters, providing quality service
  • Train employees/managers on the use of specific software and tracking documentation (time & attendance, holidays etc.) as well as on social law applicable for region in scope.

Project work & HR team support

  • Contribute to HR projects (e.g. payroll provider changes, HRIS, new payroll & employment set up, legal changes etc.)
  • Potentially act as back up for the payroll of other entities and provide back-up support for your HR Team colleagues in the event of the absence of one of them.

The position

  • The position will cover the Nordic countries (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland). It will report into the Group Human Resources Director position with a matrix to the respective country managers.
  • The position is based out of our head office in Copenhagen. The nature of the position allows some remote working and will involve regular travel to other countries.

Who are we looking for?

  • The right person for this position is a trustworthy team player able to work independently and pro-actively. You are systematic, quality-focused and organized in your approach. You are capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without losing the overall perspective. Your energy level enables you to work under pressure and with challenging deadlines/workload. You are dedicated and flexible in terms of working hours considering the nature of the role. As a payroll accountable, your presence at work is essential at the payroll timing periods each month.
  • You keep the (internal) customer as well as the big picture in mind at all times with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues.
  • Your communication and influencing skills are as good as your analytical qualities. You demonstrate financial acumen and a strong orientation for figures and accuracy, with the ability to handle complex payroll calculations and data.

  • You are fully proficient in English and Danish both written and orally. In order to help on local matters and documentation, you master a good understanding of Swedish and Norwegian and are able to draft legal documentation in those languages. Finnish proficiency is a nice to have.
  • Last but not least: the most important attribute is your attitude to feel at home in our entrepreneurial company culture.
