Horticultural Assistant Full Time. Mid-East. Irlanda

Job description:

Greenscene supplies and maintains contracts with as few as three plants in an office, up to the largest of schemes involving many hundreds of tropical plants.

Greenscene has established a strong reputation for supplying any scheme small or large, on time, within budget, followed by a maintenance service which is second to none.

All client visits are computer recorded to ensure that no contract is ever neglected, and all sites are constantly monitored by qualified horticultural supervisors.

Your role:

The ideal candidate should have a love of plants and eager to further their knowledge, full training will be provided by our Senior Plant Care Technician.

Greenscene supply & maintain plants & green areas in large corporate offices, hotels, pubs, shopping centres etc. Working as part of a successful team, you will be required to visit the offices of our clients to tend to their plants, living walls, roof gardens and be involved with deliveries & installations, planting exterior hedging, shrubs, trees and general maintenance of grounds.

We are looking for proactive staff members who are passionate about working in the industry and in delivering and maintaining high quality interior and exterior landscapes for our Corporate Clients.

You will always be required to be of good presence; working discretely to minimise disruption and maintaining excellent customer relations with the clients. This position presents an excellent opportunity to work with interior planting and design in the workplace, whilst delivering great customer satisfaction.

Work hours: 7am – 3:30pm but should be flexible to work outside those hours when required
