Join us in this role where you’ll be an important part of building up our Group’s new Global Facilities HSE function. You’ll engage our colleagues and contractors in creating world-class office workplaces, while staying healthy and safe. Welcome to Global Real Estate & Workplace Management

You’ll be part of Global Facilities HSE where you together with your colleagues will be key driver in obtaining and sustaining a management system based on ISO 45001 and 14001. You’ll create and implement HSE policies and guidelines within the Global Real Estate and Workplace Management organisation, establish responsible sourcing programmes in close collaboration with Procurement and other partners in our company and implement Incident Management framework within facilities operations globally to ensure a learning safety culture and minimal H&S incidents.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • anchoring our common HSE management system Way We Work in our facilities organisation
  • identifying focus areas and initiatives to continuously improve H&S culture and performance within our facilities organisation
  • engaging with facility managers, staff, key suppliers, and contractors to ensure HSE trainings, sharing of best practice, and lessons learned
  • establishing HSE monitoring and reporting framework connected to facilities operations globally
  • collaborating with our company QHSE Excellence Centers and QHSE Departments in different business units to create and align policies, reporting, training programmes, etc.

To succeed in the role, you’ll:

  • have substantial experience within the field of Occupational Health and Safety
  • have educational and/or professional experience with HSE standards such as ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, or ISO 14001
  • have experience working in different countries and cultures
  • be conceptually skilled with a documented ability to grasp the essentials and create solutions and be innovative in relation to working with and mitigating H&S hazards and risks
  • be collaborative and communicative with a track record in influencing and engaging others, coupled with the ability to work effectively in a multinational organisation
  • be proactive and a high performer with the ability to drive change and make things happen
  • translate ideas into execution and results.
