Part tapas bar with a deli and mezzanine restaurant, as the Head of Reception, you need a cool, calm and super-organized head to oversee a small reception team. Your guest-centric persona exudes excellent customer care and is an essential part of this job, so experience is invaluable. Every day is frenetic and fast-paced, so as Head of Reception you'll welcome pre-booked check-ins and walk-ins using your charming affability to engage guests and keep your team on track. With your precision planning, as Head of Reception, you'll also manage the reservations OpenTable database including parties and events - keeping an eye open for growing business revenues and any related marketing opportunities. You'll work smoothly and deftly, in this highly pressurized, but fun and awe-inspiring environment. An interest and insight in Spanish culture, food and wine is an asset.
