Wundore Limited trading as Di-Fontaines is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation in line with our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations and food production

• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety

• Supervise and train kitchen staff

• Manage stock, inventory, and ordering

• Develop and maintain menu items as required

• Ensure smooth coordination with front-of-house staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of food safety standards

• Excellent culinary skills and creativity
