Multi cuisine restaurant (Ireland) is currently recruiting experienced International multi Curry Chef. The Chef will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the kitchen; working closely with the management and restaurant teams to delivering a high-quality, fresh food while performing a professional service for our customers. The ideal candidates must possess 2Yrs working experience in International multi cuisine (Malaysian, Asian, Arabian) preferably in a fast-paced busy environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and career-oriented individual with a can-do attitude, to progress their career in the hospitality industry. An excellent remuneration package is available for the successful candidate.

This is full-time permeant job requires working on weekends. 39 Hrs weekly, €34,000.00 per annum and other benefits.

Key Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To:

•    Must meet our customer requirements for producing high-quality food

•    Perform food preparation effectively

•    Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion

•    Excellent food plating skills

•    Ensure HACCP compliance within the kitchen

•    Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the approved standard of presentation

•    Avoid unnecessary wastage, to observe proper portion planning and control and to act in a cost-effective, responsible manner

•    Ensure excellent food hygiene practice is observed from storage through to preparation and service

Candidates Requirement:

•    Must have a minimum of 2 year’s experience in reputable Asian Cuisine/Restaurant as Head/Executive Chef.

•    A professional qualification would be a distinct advantage.

•    Must be standards are driven and detail-orientated.

•    An excellent knowledge, the experience of Food Hygiene/HACCP.

•    Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

•    Must be flexible to work and available for weekends.

•    Must have a good command of the English language, and organizational fit.

•    Innovative and creative approach to menu design with strong attention to detail.

•    Maintain and Co-ordinate with staff to keep the kitchen clean and tidy, always meet the standards.
