We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded Greek-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team here in Athens.

As part of our customer support team, you will handle inquiries from customers of a well-known international brand.

What you’ll do:

• Answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat.

• Provide friendly and effective solutions to customer issues.

• Keep customer information up to date in our system.

What we’re looking for:

• Native-level or fluent Greek (written and spoken).

• Good English skills (B2–C1).

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Good technical/computer skills.
