We are looking for a recent graduate to join our IT and Product Development team as IT Project Manager. You will work closely with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. As our IT Project Manager, you’ll coordinate all internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution on our product development projects. In this team, there is no room for ‘maintaining standards’. We have exciting new projects in our pipeline, and we need you to help qualify and prioritise these from day one. You might not be there yet – but we will help you get there! To us, it is important, that you have a willingness to learn and grow in this role. Your main responsibility will be to effectively ensure our IT projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget and allocated resources. Specifically, you will: •Work closely with our Product Development team in all project phases •Develop detailed project plans to track project progress •Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of our IT-projects •Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget •Ensure resource availability and allocation •Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs •Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques •Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Requirements You are: We are looking for talented and ambitious candidates with a MSc. degree or equivalent from universities like CBS, KU, AU, ITU or AAU. Maybe you are a soon-to-be graduate, or maybe you already have a couple of years of experience? Either way, we expect you have a sound IT background combined with a commercial and strategic mindset. You’re the hands-on type and are able to dive deep into all project phases, if necessary. In this role, you’ll work with great variation of processes and tasks at once, which demands you’re accustomed to plan and execute projects effectively. You know how to run an IT project process – from specification to design and development to review and test, and release and support. You thrive when you plan projects and work with project teams – and you’re skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects you oversee. You have: •Excellent English written and verbal communication skills •Good communicative and collaborative skills •A “make it happen”-mentality •A love of structure and Kanban work processes •Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills •Eager to learn, innovative and creative. •Analytically strong with an outgoing attitude •An understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies would be ideal Benefits We think you will love it here.
