About this Job As a Danfoss Drives Global Sales & Service Excellence Consultant, you will take the lead to provide expertise regarding team dynamics and change management, process design strategies, performance improvement tool sets and capability developments based on customer insights. You will be contributing to Danfoss Drives’ strong market position and help further gain competitive advantage. Being part of the global business excellence team you will globally facilitate significant performance improvement of sales & service processes and IT tools in close collaboration with business leaders and teams leading towards our digital transformation. This to support the Danfoss Drives business growth by: •Managing the global sales & service processes securing optimization and effectiveness locally •Securing to have the analytics pulse, spot trends and opportunities that lead to recommendations about how to adjust the sales strategy •Support implementation and maintenance through performance and setting up strong user support structure through competence development. This by identifying best practices and faster experience sharing, i.e. collects and selects success stories to be communicated in order to reinforce positive energy and winning ways •Future sales tools development with focus on SAP & Sales Force in collaboration with Danfoss Business Systems, Group IT and Danfoss Drives’ Systems organization •Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legislation Essential Knowledge and Experience •Process ownership for sales order management related processes •Design, development and maintenance of processes based on VoC and customer insights •Approval and prioritization of IT improvement requests •Experience with value selling •Coordination with IT tools developments, maintenance and regional Customer Service Centers •Maintain a Global Repository for documentation, competence development & trainings •Process performance and effectiveness management with the key stakeholders in Danfoss Sales Companies Essential personal characteristics •Team player with strong global collaboration and people communication skills •Ability to operate in a global matrix organisation with a culturally open mind set •Systematic way of thinking, passion to drive improvements in ways of working •Strong commercial insight with a customer/business understanding •Energetic and results oriented •Ability to work in a changing business environment and having focus on the importance of change management Qualification •M. Sc. or B.
