German-speaking customer support agent

Work tasks: We are looking for German-speaking customer sopport agents to join our team in Võru.

Your tasks would be the following:

* councelling the customers of a German utility company regarding the sale and accounting of electricity, gas, water and wastewater

* managing and updating customer data

* maintaining current customers and finding new customers

Other requirements: * you have a very good command of spoken and written German (C1)

* you have excellent communication skills and you enjoy interacting with the customers both per e-mail as well as over phone

* you are customer-oriented, wishing to find the best solution for the customer

* you are a friendly and an outgoing person, while being also honest and tactful

* you have previous experience working in customer support (good to have, but not a must - your character and enthusiasm matter more than previous experience)

* you have good computer skills

* you are curious and you learn fast

* you are interested in continuous self-development

* you like to have a job with a meaning

* you like working in shifts
