We are looking for someone who can… Use their NAV knowledge to resolve client’s system queries Take ownership for support cases, and manage their lifecycle through to closure Manage and prioritise support tasks to meet agreed Service Level Agreements Learn from other members of the support team Support strong customer relationship management Manage call logging system and document resolution of cases Liaise with functional consultants and developers, to provide business savvy resolutions Provide tailored NAV training for our clients and other team members Keep up with new releases of NAV and associated technologies Do you have what it takes to bring something extraordinary to this vibrant team? Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting and/or working MS Dynamics NAV Experience working with various NAV versions, NAV 2013 – NAV 2017 most desirable Excellent communication skills Accounting or business qualification or demonstrated knowledge of accounting fundamentals would be ideal Are you the kind of person who is…?
