We are looking for an English-speaking Web Content Moderator (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits:

- Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00

- Salary 20 000 euros gross/year + up to 2000 euros gross/year in bonus

What you'll experience with us

As a Web Content Moderator in our team, you will:

- Upload prices before the new season, change prices if there is an ad hoc request,

change price if we have annual price change

- Upload price files into SFTP folders when brand creates it, also create promo badge file

to support the promotional activities based on the price files

- Create and build promo

- Extend bug tracking

- Check ratings and reviews responses

- Push Homepage, PLP, Blog and Navigation Content live across various sites

- Push products live on the website including image uploads. Running the Enrichment

Report to check why a product is not live, chasing anything stopping it go live and

providing updates to the teams on when this is happening. Taking products off the site

when instructed.

We'll be a great match if you:

- Are proficient or bilingual in English. Spanish is a plus!

- Possess working knowledge of web navigation and content wesbite Platform, equipment, and

applications: Contentstack, Salsify, others.

- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment

- Are able to listen and understand the brand’s needs
