About The Role

• Production of statutory reporting as annual and semi-annual reports and specific reports if required by the client (as quarterly report) in respect of legal delays.

• Apply the specific rules of the registered countries, and also the rules of the countries where the funds are distributed.

• Ensure Fund Report content, layout, coordination and delivery in accordance with client specifications, accounting and auditing standards LUX GAAP

• Request the Directors' Reports from the clients respecting the production deadlines and legal deadlines.

• Establish the complete set of financial statements/reports (statements + portfolio) with the according notes.

• Negotiation of project timelines with clients and external auditors.

• Audit follow-up, as well as financial investigations with Middle Office, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Pricing,

• Manage the signature of the reports in due time, the report's print and distribution, and the timetable.

• Send the electronic financial statement to the CSSF.

About You

• Relevant experience in the fields of Financial Reporting or Accounting

• Good knowledge of the regulatory environment of the fund industry (UCITS)

• Good knowledge of LUX GAAP Regulatory reporting

• Knowledge of Coreporter - NADI – MFFA

• Good command of MS Excel

• Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously as well as be part of a team

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• French and English are mandatory, any other language will be an advantage
