- Receiving and issuing accounting documents either physically or electronically and processing data and vouchers according to accounts receivables procedures, general accounting principles, chart of accounts, cost center structures and applicable country specific work instructions

- Checking and reconciling accounting documents and data received with regard to its complete information and clarifying incomplete information according to the accounts receivables procedures

- Checking and obtaining necessary authorizations according to the procedures

- Initiating creation/changes of customer master data in accounting system

- Handling customer inquiries

- Knowing and following confidential data protection rules (GDPR)

- Making sure that in her/his area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the accounting data processing is maintained

- Realization of tasks defined in yearly objectives

- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Ihr Profil:

Qualifications:

- Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Finance/Revenue Accounting or similar will be and asset

- Good command of English

- Good command of MS Excel, Pivot table, charts, will be an asset
