Finance & Contract Manager (m/f/d)

to start as soon as possible in Bucharest, Rumania .

As Finance & Contract Manager you will be responsible for the financial and contractual management of projects and the financial interaction between Headquarter and foreign

branches. Specific tasks include:

Accounting

• Consolidation of Branch Closing and Headquarter

• Support in local Branch accounting

Project Implementation

• Prepare and finalize contracts with freelancers and partner companies.

• Provide day-to-day project backstopping regarding financial and contractual issues.

• Set-up and manage projects in our internal ERP system, including budget monitoring.

Project Acquisition

• Read and analyze terms of references and drafted contracts from the client.

• Develop and provide internal calculations and financial proposals on time.

• Support in the creation of pre-bid agreements with partners.

Taxes

• Provide support in tax related questions during the tender phase

• Deal with tax relevant issues in the project country.

A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US Your profile:

• Very good understandings of accounting, including of consolidation of balance sheets and P& L

• Basic knowledge of taxes

• Fluent in English and French

• Very good Excel knowledge

• Affinity to work with IT systems (ERP, accounting software).

• Very good communication skills
