Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
Are you eager to apply your experience and expertise in International Trial Management in a global setting? Do you want to contribute to the development of medicines that benefit millions around the world? Then you could be our new Senior International Trial Manager (Sr. ITM) or ITM Specialist.
About the department
All our clinical trial operation activities are anchored in our R&D organisation under Global Development. We plan and execute clinical trials to produce the high-quality data and scientific documentation required by health authorities to turn our promising pipeline of exciting new medicines into marketable products. As a Sr. ITM or ITM Specialist you may be working on trials ranging from small haemophilia projects to large cardiovascular outcome projects with thousands of subjects. Sharing your ideas with an international team and getting feedback from your peers, you'll enjoy continued professional development throughout your career with us.
As Senior International Trial Manager, you apply your trial management expertise to the end-to-end planning and execution of international clinical trials. Drawing on your extensive experience, you take responsibility for every step of the process, conduct impact and risk analyses of different approaches and communicate the consequences to stakeholders across our global organisation. Applying your talent for project management, you keep your trials moving forward, deftly navigating all bumps on the road to meeting the deadlines.
As ITM Specialist, you function as our subject matter expert on procedures and processes within trial management as well as undertaking training and mentoring of colleagues across our major projects. As a good ambassador for your area of expertise, you take overall responsibility for sharing better practices on specific operational challenges between projects and the global organisation within Novo Nordisk. In addition, you keep up with scientific developments, as well as rules and regulations, and quickly apply new knowledge to the standard operating procedures within your field of specialisation.
Some travelling is expected for both positions.
You hold a MSc in Natural Science with at least five years of relevant experience, or a BSc in Natural Science or equivalent with at least seven years of relevant experience. You have in-depth knowledge about clinical trial methodology as well as extensive project management experience, and you have demonstrated the ability to impact the execution and improvement of core clinical processes.
As a person, you are a high performer with a documented track record of experience, and you are in possession of excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. You create consensus across professional and geographical borders and build trust among colleagues to establish mutually profitable working relationships across the organisation.
