Then you may be our new European HEOR Analyst. About the department EU-HEOR is an international, high performing team of fourteen colleagues located in eight different European countries. In close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, we generate and deliver health economics evidence and tools supporting the European affiliates in obtaining reimbursement and market access throughout the product life cycle. The job EU-HEOR is seeking a European HEOR Analyst based in Copenhagen (Ørestad), Denmark, whose role will be to generate and deliver health economics evidence and tools supporting the North & Central Business Area in obtaining reimbursement and market access to Novo Nordisk portfolio. As a European HEOR Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with a wide array of functions including Market Access, Marketing, Clinical, Medical and Regulatory. In this role you will translate clinical and health economic information to evidence-based value arguments. A key part of the job will be to support with the preparation of health economic executable tools, such as reimbursement dossiers, cost-effectiveness analyses publications, slide-decks, interactive tools and other material useful for the affiliate market access functions. Based on the level of experience and performance, the right candidate will have future opportunities influencing the strategic direction of payer value communication for new product launches as well. Qualifications You hold a relevant life science or economics background, preferably with post-graduate qualifications (MSc, MPH, PhD). You have excellent analytical and project management skills and an ability to translate clinical and other benefits into evidence-based economic arguments and deliverables e.g. publications. In addition, you have excellent communication skills, are able to create strong networks and enjoy working in cross-functional teams. You are fluent in both written and spoken English on a professional level. Prior experience (1 to 3 years) within market access, health economics, stakeholder engagement or relevant field-based affiliate functions from the pharmaceutical industry and/or consulting is a plus. You must also be willing to travel within Europe (est. 20 days/year).
