You will enhance residents’ quality of life,by helping to create a warm and friendly environment and by taking as muchhassle away from residents as possible, through the fulfilment of the EstateManagement duties. Whatyou’ll be doing: On a day to day basis you’ll be: Maintaining a high profile over 113 properties over 16 acres of land, this consists of bungalows, houses, cottages and maisonettes. Doing the rounds here definitelykeep you on your toes! Checking the building for any risks and hazards, liaising with contractors andorganising remedial work when needed. Keepingup to date with admin, including maintaining a diary of the development. Making sure the communal areas of the building like the garden and grounds are cleaned and maintainedincluding where necessary. You’ll also need to respond to occasional emergency situations. This role does not require you to provide anypersonal care to our residents. Knowledgeof managing property is not essential. Whatis essential is a flair for building and maintaining excellent workingrelationships with people. It’s all about the people.
