We are looking for a:

We are looking forfluent English speakersto become part of our clients Team in Portugal.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our clients team. As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the voice of the brand and create personalized, engaging experiences for our clients’ customers.

What we expect (preferred):

- Customer Service experience (at least 1 year in a call centre or helpdesk position)

- IT skills from the previous role would be beneficial

- Experience to deal with demanding customers/ complaint handling

- A good communicator with excellent verbal and written use of their native and English languages

- Proficiency in Swedish (C2)

- Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others

- Background in technical support

For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required

- Good time management skills and organized with attention to details
