About The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Sønderborg. Take a key role in driving success within our delivery function for the telecommunications industry by successfully managing projects and acting as a team leader!

About You 

You are a highly enthusiastic individual with the following qualities:

• Minimum of 4 years experience working in Project Management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent English and German written and verbal communication skills
• Danish not required
• Strong presentation skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Experience with ERP solutions and ERP system implementation is preferred
• Project Management certification is a plus
• Team management experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities 

• Project and team manager during the project implementation phase
• Project management of project scope, budget and resources, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and meeting Hansen financial KPIs
• Manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders 
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties with other project managers in delivery
• Team management: one to ones, team wellness and development
