JOB DUTIES : The Employment Support Officer will provide direct support and assistance to the Training & Employment Services Manager in facilitating clients in their choices, developing vocational and life skill programmes (accredited and enrichment) within the context of a person centred model of service delivery. The post holder will provide direct support to adults who have a learning/ intellectual disability engaged in community opportunities. This support will include delivering accredited training in relevant work readiness programmes, and liaison duties with clients and community employers. **Applicants should ensure that they provide sufficient information on their application form to allow the selection panel to assess your eligibility for consideration.
