This is a fixed-term position for 12 months in the HR/Talent Acquisition Department of Amazon EU Headquarters at Luxembourg. Experience in the Amazon EU HQ will provide you with an unforgettable working experience in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment.

The successful candidate must be a customer focused individual with strong project management and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities:

· Dive into complex processes and systems to discover issues and opportunities

· Be able to analyze systems and tools for global use

· Build and maintain successful partnerships with cross-functional teams across a global network of WW Operations stakeholders

· Innovate to develop a customer-centric focus on quality, productivity and scalability

· Project manage policy/SOP changes

· Relentlessly advocate for process audits and improvement

· Report on the status and ROI of projects undertaken

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous experience with large-scale project management with proven effective change management

· Data-driven; demonstrated ability to measure the impact of change

· Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

· Proven ability to influence without authority

· Belief in the value of participating in and contributing to a collaborative team environment

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Fluent in English (verbal & written)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA or MA

• Change management certification desired

• Kaizen, Agile, Prince2 Practitioner, or other Process Improvement methodologies

• Additional European language

• Recruitment background
