We are looking to recruit a passionate individual who will assist with managing the online marketplaces and assisting with all customer service on the company’s websites and online marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon.
This role will include: - Reviewing active listings and making changes to improve the customer experience and enable increased sales. - Assist with the checking of returned items and warranties cards.
When required - assisting the customer service team with answering inbound calls politely and professionally, and offering advice on products and eventual issues.
In addition to this, dealing with order related queries including tracking orders and advising customers would be expected.
This also includes the ability to problem solve and attempt to solve issues over the phone regarding customer products and dealing with returns and warranty replacements when required. - Taking control of all emails and messages from all marketplaces. - In rare situations - assist with serving instore customers when required. - Assisting the picking/packing team when required and generally assisting with the day to day running tasks in the business.
Please Note: Due to the nature of the role, an excellent knowledge into Kitchen Appliances products and prior experience in the field would be very beneficial.
Also, experience in e-commerce would be advantageous.
What we are seeking for this role: - A highly motivated individual with a passion to drive the business forward and keen to learn more about Kitchen Appliances business. - An individual who has customer service experience and is confident to deal with customers both on the telephone, via email and face to face in-store. - Good organisational skills and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. - An impeccable eye for detail and a person who takes pride in their work.
What is on offer for this role: - Full-Time or Part-time Position, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.
Bank - Holidays are not working days and form part of the holiday allowance. - Close to the city centre. - Free onsite parking.
This position is based in Manchester (near Manchester Arena).
