Childcare Practitioners/Early Years Educators:

Ensuring that you are meeting the needs of the children from a care & education perspective, by providing a safe, inspiring environment & activities based on their interests. Acting as a role model for the company with parents at all times. Keeping the centre management team up to date & informed of any issues. Following the policies and procedures of the company & preschool regulations.

Centre Cooks:

Ensuring that you are meeting the nutritional needs of the children, by providing the highest quality meals in a timely & efficient manner. Consistently maintaining proper food handling practices, sanitation and food storage procedures. Planning, preparing & cooking food items, whilst keeping in mind any specific allergies or dietary requirements. Maintaining a high standard of hygiene/health & safety in the kitchen. Following the policies and procedures of the company, HAACP & preschool regulations.

Centre Management:

Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the centre and all aspects that are involved in this.

Cleaners:

All basic cleaning around the centre.

Collecting and disposing of rubbish.

Ensuring restrooms are cleaned, sanitised & restocked.

Notifying managers of necessary repairs.

Childcare Practitioners/Early Years Educators:

Minimum QQI fetac level 5 in Childcare (After School Assistants do not have an education requirement)

Management:

Minimum QQI fetac level 6 in Childcare

Cooks and Cleaners:

No education requirements
