Talent Acquisition Lead

Are you an experienced recruitment professional with a passion for finding top talent in an extraordinary job market? Then this job is for you. The role as Talent Acquisition Lead for our Nordic market is a significant contributor for the attraction and recruitment of the right talent to ensure our continuous business success. Our business is on a growth journey why a strong pipeline of talent is of great importance. We are currently 1300+ colleagues spread in a global organisation. Your main responsibility will be to support Nordics, with the biggest focus on Denmark and Sweden, but you will be collaborating with colleagues in a global context.

Assignment:

  • Take end-to-end leadership to ensure the best talent pipeline for our core business
  • Together with the global team, development and deployment of best processes, practices and tools to ensure the most modern ways of working to support our business
  • Work with identifying main target groups for talent attractions
  • Work closely with managers across the business to understand the business needs
  • Strategic work with workforce management planning and gaps
  • Research on diverse possible channels and markets to increase application flow
  • Together with the rest of People & Culture, work on diverse employer branding activities
  • Work continuously to shorten the lead times for recruitment as well as to ensure a high-quality level of competence
  • Responsible for leading the total recruitment process from end to end, including profile setting, advertising, CV screening, interviews and assessment
  • For some recruitments, support with just parts of the process, like contacting the right agencies, putting up an advert or acting as a second opinion in assessment
  • Be the expert and go-to person for talent acquisition, market trends and best practices

Your background:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-quality recruitment in an end-to-end process
  • Experience within the tech/IT business is preferred but not a must
  • You have very good experience and skills in interview techniques and assessment methodologies
  • You are a skilled search consultant
  • Experience with working in a recruitment agency specialised in tech recruitment is an advantage
  • High knowledge and interest in the tech business
  • Education background in HR, behavioural science or similar
  • Experience in process development across a bigger organisation to optimise the talent flow is an advantage
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Other languages are an advantage
