What we are looking for:

We are currently seeking skilled Rope Access Technicians (L2 and L3) based in Norway with mechanical expertise to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing rope access work while demonstrating proficiency in mechanical tasks, job organization, problem-solving, and teamwork. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct rope access work in accordance with project standards and safety regulations.
• Perform mechanical tasks such as equipment maintenance, repair, and installation as required.
• Organize and plan job tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of work activities.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspection reports and equipment logs and quality reports.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety guidelines, at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid IRATA certification (Level 2 or 3).
• Proven experience as a Rope Access Technician in a similar role (for Level 1)
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform equipment maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations and best practices.

Additional Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
