Established in 2010, ENA Hourly Care provides quality domiciliary care and support to vulnerable members of our local community through recruiting and training our own care workers. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with a variety of experience, you may be a qualified nurse looking for a career change or you could already be an experienced care coordinator looking for career progression, wanting to support and improve our customer’s lives. As the sole Care Coordinator, you will ultimately be responsible managing your own team to improve operational excellence across the Hertfordshire region with the support of the Domiciliary Care Manager and Managing Director. Running the business as your own, you will ensure that ENA Hourly Care continues to deliver high quality domiciliary care and must have the mindset that everything you do is focussed on obtaining the best outcomes for each service user. You will be given a large amount of responsibility and you’ll be vital in helping the company achieve ambitious growth plans. The ideal candidate will have: * A minimum of one year domiciliary care coordinator experience and/or be a qualified professional (Qualified Nurse or Occupational Therapist) * Experience with supporting elderly service users or clients with physical disabilities * A good understanding of staff rostering * Understanding the importance of consultation and quality improvement * Good knowledge and understanding of CQC standards and compliance, Health and Safety and Local Authority requirements. * Communicate effectively to a range of audiences, both verbally and written, including staff development. * Great attendance record and good health * Experienced in risk assessment and review * Driver with full UK licence * Experienced in recruitment and retention * Proven track record of safeguarding vulnerable people * Valid DBS check completed within the last 12 months If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity, would like to make a real difference and meet the criteria for the role, please apply now!
