Do you want to be a part of a pioneer team leading the way for obesity treatment in Denmark?We are looking for a highly qualified District Manager to cover a broad selection of GPs and selected Specialists in Western Part of Denmark (Region Jylland).

Your role is to broaden the knowledge and uptake of our Obesity business and to build and maintain strong relations to GPs, Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders. About the departmentYou will be employed by Novo Nordisk Danish affiliate based in Ørestad, Copenhagen and report directly to the National Sales Director.

You will be part of a strong Sales team of 13 dedicated colleagues within both obesity and diabetes and with focus on both primary-and secondary care in Denmark.

On top of this you will have a close collaboration with the marketing and medical colleagues responsible for obesity. The jobYour job is to ensure a strong position in the Danish market for Novo Nordisk obesity products through delivery of our brand values, data and NN treatment strategies.

The responsibility entails dialogue, information and co-operation with GPs and hospitals about Novo Nordisk products, materials and services according to rules and regulations. You get energy out of the complexity of the job function and you are capable of working in a structured way with identification of national business opportunities, effort analysis, and territory planning and reporting. It is included in the role to participate in and contribute effectively to regional meetings, national conferences and cross-functional project groups for Novo Nordisk and to keep track on delivery to business goals and business plans.QualificationsWe expect you to have five years of experience (or more) with pharmaceutical sales and a passed LIF exam on top of your basic education.

You are fluent in Danish, have good English skills for business purpose and a valid driver’s license. To succeed in the role requires a strong business sense and result orientation coupled with social competence and trustworthiness.

You work in a focused way and strive for continuous improvement.
