The Global Business Development and Marketing team is at the forefront of driving initiatives aimed at positioning Maersk as global integrator of container logistics with our customers, generating deeper customer insights and embedding these in to the organisation, while activating data-backed go-to-market offerings and customer messaging through digital platforms. All with the intent to drive organic growth for the organisation, as well as increasing the Share of Wallet with existing customers.This exciting opportunity is based in Copenhagen, and will provide an enormous exposure to various markets and functions, and many opportunities for cross-disciplinarian development. This position will work towards executing social media programs and developing as well as managing content on our website and 3rd party booking sites to engage with and grow our social customer audience, web traffic and eCommerce platform usage and bookings. Using web analytics from our automation and analytics platform, you will constantly optimise the content on our web and social channels. 

Key responsibilities

One of your key areas of responsibility will be acting as a ‘content hub’ for our customer journeys, this by working closely with our IT teams, our internal creative agency and web execution team in Manila/Bangalore and external agencies.Other key tasks:• Manage creation of new content to ensure it meets objectives and brand consistency and serves the right content to the right customer at the right time in the customer journey • Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure the social media and web site content delivers the richest customer experience including o Attracting new business o Driving self-service options for customers rather than calling Customer Service o Promoting our ecommerce solutions in line with channel strategy o Supporting delivery of bespoke journeys based on user profile and behavior • Support Social Media programs like the implementation of a Sales Navigator Pilot with the Sales organisation or Chatbot function on social channels with Customer Experience team to support sales and customer issue resolution • Creating, managing and aligning our digital content on both, 3rd party platforms where Maersk is active such as INTTRA, etc., as well as on our owned website to ensure it delivers best practice for SEO and that content serves as a key part of our end to end customer experience. From the time we attract customers to our digital platforms, the ongoing management of the relationship and throughout all moments of truth, content serves a key role.

We are looking for

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of work experience within the Marketing domain with strong digital marketing focus.You have:• Ideally proficiency in digital marketing, in particular website management and social media practices• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, with attention to detail and grammatical accuracy • Good Stakeholder management skills • Effective organization skills • Ability to multi-task projects and meet deadlines consistently • Self-motivation and a desire for continuous learning and improvement • Analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable workflows • Strong attention to detai
