MultiMind is currently looking for a motivational Partner Manager for an exciting opportunity for one of our biggest clients. This is a 12-month opportunity in Oslo, Norway starting in March 2018.

The role The role of ecosystem partnership manager is to identify, negotiate and manage partnerships to drive the adoption of data driven full funnel marketing. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide high level client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their partners business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. 

As a Partner Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing the partner ecosystem and will be responsible for managing and activating partners within domains of Consulting, System Integration, Data & Analytics as well as media and advertising. Your objective is to grow current partners and develop new ones. Grow the availability and quality of value ad services of these partners and make sure our partners are successful in delivering these services to our clients.

You will work across all products from own and operated to DoubleClick ad technology stack, Cloud and analytics suite. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and strong orchestration capabilities to align specialists and align client communication. 

Responsibilities  In this role you will:

Be responsible for business development with current partners.

Recruit and onboard partners working closely with the other regions and client teams to develop the right set of services. Create incentive programs and globally agreed business plans. 

Develop strong relationships with partners that allow for quarterly, annual and long term plans to be delivered with excellence.

Represent the business and be seen as an expert in domain of data driven full funnel marketing

Provide strong leadership and be the internal advocate to develop and embed the value proposition of our strategic partners in the organization.

Communicate with (senior) sales leads and sourcing opportunities. 

Manage multiple complex opportunities (across multiple teams) and projects simultaneously. 

Who we’re after We are looking for an experienced profile with great interpersonal skills. You have a digital mindset and have a passion for sales and technology.

Qualifications:

Experience of entrepreneurship either in a start-up environment or in significantly growing a partner or client business, with demonstrated business acumen.
