As part of our corporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030, and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to establish another site in Romania (located in Pitesti, with an expected workforce of around 150 people.  We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) / Campaign Developer (m/f/d)  to join our team and help us building a strong and positive workplace culture.

The role | Your tasks.

Operational setup and deployment of sales marketing actions Implementation of lead nurturing measures for MQLs Management of lead follow-ups from exhibitions Management of contacts from digital touchpoints Set-up and operation of lead sources and touchpoints Project management for rollout activities in our BUs / countries Implementation of a centre of excellence for AI-driven lead management tools, e.g.

LinkedIn Your experiences and competencies.

A completed university degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a comparable field, and minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or project management Experience with lead management tools and CRM systems Knowledge of AI-driven marketing solutions, e.g.

LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ChatGPT, ...

Experience with marketing automation and customer journey mapping, as well as project management skills Business-fluent English and good German skills Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making with an innovative mindset and affinity for digital tools Strong communication skills and intercultural competence Our offer.
