Be part of ORS' 5G Broadcast project team and join our INNOVATION MANAGEMENT TEAM.  Your future role: Product Owner (all genders)   Your responsibilities: Work together with the 5G Broadcast Initiative leaders to plan, design and manage the product, its features, roadmap, KPIs and strategy. Work closely with our development team to define product requirements, set priorities and monitor the development process. Drive innovation efforts to maintain our pioneer position Manage projects proactively, from idea to implementation Your skills that inspire us: Basic degree in computer science, business (or related field), or several years of experience as software developer or scrum master. In you past roles you acted as a scrum master and are happy to take this experience to the next level. At least 3 years of work / project experience in product management. Technical and business mindset. Ability to coordinate work tasks with other colleagues and lead them to a successful completion.  Hands-on mentality and affinity for creating sustainable technical and commercial solutions. Good written and spoken English language skills High level of commitment and strong ability to work in a team Good time management. Pro-active problem solving skills. Analytical skills and the ability to understand complex data and communicate it in a management-friendly way. Experience in the following fields may be a plus: Project management experience.  Work experience in the telecommunications industry (network provider or manufacturer). Basic knowledge of German language. Experience with streaming technologies. Experience in app development. Here's what we're proposing for you: In addition to an annual salary in line with the market, we offer you a package of benefits consisting of a mobility allowance for the Wiener Linien annual ticket or the climate ticket, a company canteen, our bonus programme, the pension fund and a sports programme. Place of work: Vienna (remote option), working hours: 40 hours per week*, reference number: OC2024CIN, starting date: 05/2024. We are happy to offer professionals with relevant training and experience a gross annual salary in line with the market of between 50,000 and 67,000 euros (salary group 4, Telekom-KV, 40 h/week)*.
