Deputy Sister – Colwell Ward Band 6 Full Time Permanent Position Are you an inspirational leader with a “can do” attitude? who has the knowledge and skills to deliver high quality nursing care An exciting opportunity has arisen to take up the post of a Band 6 Deputy Sister post on Colwell Ward.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is able to demonstrate a commitment to patient-centred care.

You will need to be an experienced adult nurse with excellent leadership, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

You should possess strong leadership with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will be dynamic, proactive and innovative in their approach to work, in order to facilitate excellence in multi-disciplinary working and ensure that patients move efficiently and effectively through the system to enable rapid discharge home.
