We are now looking for a new dynamo for our Support team – we are looking for a Customer Support Team Leader to lead our existing CS team. The ideal candidate should be motivational, energetic & speak German!

Key Responsibilities of the role:

Managing the day-to-day practices of the team to ensure attainment & continuous improvement of high-quality service for customers and colleagues

Promoting team work, identifying team building opportunities, practicing & leading by example of working in a team environment

Setting clear team goals & motivating team members

Monitoring and controlling CS Executive performance by running regular KPI reports, providing feedback & coaching, and holding 1-1 sessions & performance reviews to improve team performance

Building strong inter-departmental relationships and communication within the organization

Ensuring prompt & structured flow of information to CS Executives of promotions & product changes, so they have necessary information to assist customers

Ensuring maintenance and use of internal knowledge base

Acting as first point of contact between CS Executives & other departments

Maintaining department roster to ensure adequate coverage of contact channels at all times, to achieve SLAs

Monitoring contact volumes, and controlling work assignments to cover workloads and achieve SLAs on contact channels on a day to day basis

Identifying knowledge gaps within the team, and assisting in organizing training

Testing new company products & general troubleshooting to provide vital feedback to improve customer experience with the product

Sourcing & recruiting new people to join the team

Ensuring CS Executives adhere to company policies & procedures

Providing first line support to customers via email, phone and live chat in a professional manner, as necessary

Our Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience as a Team Leader, preferably in an iGaming environment

In depth knowledge of performance metrics within a customer support environment

Must be fluent in German and English, both written & spoken

Superior communication, leadership, organizational & time-management skills

Excellent computer skills and knowledge of office applications

Must have a can-do attitude, be hands on, and naturally customer-centric

Qualifications in Management or Leadership would be considered an asset
