As you’d expect our Customer Services Advisors work hard to ensure all our customers have a fantastic shopping experience with us here at Buy It Direct. We all know there can be difficulties along the way, but the team are instrumental in turning a complaint or concern in to a positive experience, to encourage them to return and buy from us again in the future. You’ll need to be able to build excellent working relationships with your customers, reassuring them, and alleviating any concerns, and doing so efficiently and effectively. Buy It Direct is a dynamic, creative and innovative company, investing heavily in eCommerce. We’re one of the fastest growing and largest independent online retailers, with a turnover of £140 million. We have six well-recognised online brands which is what makes us the success that we are. These include Laptops Direct, Appliances Direct and Furniture123, and to top that off we also run website solutions for Debenhams, BHS and Tesco. We continue to grow year on year, so now’s the time to join in! What else will you have to do? You’ll be answering those calls from our customers to help resolve their query in an efficient and professional manner. Our goal is one call resolution so it'll be important that you understand what they’re concerned about, get all the necessary details and information to solve their problem and leave them feeling happy at the end of that phone call and their journey. We have policies and procedures in place, and you’ll need to process returns and complaints in line with these policies, which we’ll make sure you get plenty of training in, so you’ll know what you’re doing. So what’s really important to us? We’re really keen to hear from you if you’ve got previous experience working within a Customer Service, call centre environment. As you would expect we need you to be professional when helping our customers and have the ability to stay calm, even when dealing with difficult calls. We also have an in-house computer system, which we of course we’ll provide you with full training on, but it’s still important that you’re comfortable on a computer and with new systems. We’re interested in self-motivated individuals, who really care about the customers’ needs and will do everything to make sure they leave Buy It Direct happy.
