JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION : Contract Support Manager LOCATION : Berkshire, Bucks, Oxfordshire,Wiltshire, Hampshire DWPREPORTING TO : Contract Manager RESPONSIBLE FOR : Supervises up to 140 personnel in line with the given portfolio JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE:The Mobile Contract Support Manager will be the main site based DWP customer contact.Accountable for ensuring all buildings are available for work when required by the clientand ensuring all required services are delivered across a portfolio of buildings The role will be:  Ensuring every building is open when required  Responsible training and assisting a team of security personnel across a geographical portfolio.

Ensuring that their team are fully engaged and supported to deliver a first class customer experience and achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance objectives  Instill a customer focused culture and a right first time approach at site level to deliver exceptional standards improving the customer experience  Continuously developing self and others to understand the contractual requirements, identifying trends and implementing plans to improve performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:  Key site customer contact  Meeting with Customer contacts on a twice monthly basis  Safety and security of employees and customers with regard to working and environmental conditions  Employee Management  Emergency site cover  CCTV Management  Respond to UCB requests as required  Employee induction, coaching and training  Implementation of Initiatives & Projects  Deployment Of personnel in line with contractual requirements  P&R key management  Uniform Delivery  Employee Management  Assisting the management of Ad-Hoc work  Maintain contractual and company standards  Responsible achieving the deployment SLA’s G4S Secure Solutions UK DWP Estates Security Services August 2017 Commercial in Confidence Page 2 of 2  Maintaining Operational systems information.
