Customer Service/Experience Designer As a Barclays Customer Service/Experience Designer within the Premier team, you will apply your excellence in service design and creativity to transformational projects, making a real difference to our customer's experience. You will be working with digital and customer service teams to define a unique service experience across all aspects of the Bank, for both customers and colleagues. As a Customer Service/Experience Designer, your main responsibilities will involve: * Owning and leading the development of service standards, delivering improvements to the customer journey based on deep customer insights * Designing and delivering journeys that drive strong engagement and deepen relationships with customers * Delivering product and service journeys, creating simple and concise self-serve journeys for the customer * Improving our remote capability and increasing digital share to offer a digital proposition to meet the customers banking needs * Responsibility for team and performance management, which involves contributing to the delivery of tasks and actions, including those set by the wider Personal Banking and Premier divisions * Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the wider team, supporting colleagues to ensure business goals are achieved As a Customer Service/Experience Designer, your skills and qualifications will include: * The ability to contribute effectively when working with senior stakeholders, whilst establishing and maintaining credibility with the senior leadership team * Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to create and deliver engaging presentations * Strong design experience with the ability to think creatively, particularly through the use of emerging digital technology * Experience of using design thinking methodology, tools and customer centric approach. Design skills including drawing and storyboarding would be preferred * Knowledge of digital development, agile practice and the ability to interface with digital teams * Proven ability to operate in a complex business environment The Benefits: Our customers deserve the best.
