The International Sales Team supports five international webshops (FR, NL, IT, ES, UK) and leverages Berger's leading position as a multichannel retailer with over 80 stores across Germany, Austria, France, and the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries (mainly via email)

- Respond to customer reviews on reputation management platforms

- Resolve order issues and ensure customer satisfaction

- Assist in developing customer service processes

- Collaborate with international country teams

- Act as a liaison between headquarters and customers

Candidate Profile:

- Strong customer focus; prior customer service experience preferred

- Fluency in Dutch or French (essential)

- Proficiency in English or German for team communication

- Independent, well-organized, and capable of multitasking

- Pragmatic, hands-on, and problem-solving mindset

- Interest in the camping and outdoor industry (a plus)
