They are now seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in a customer centric role focusing on providing an excellent customer experience, based in Rathcoole, Co.

It is process oriented, specifically around the customer, offering an excellent, timely service.  Acting as a liaison between customers, the Control Team and the support functions, you will effectively communicate directly with customers and review work processes to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.  You’ll gain a strong understanding of customers’ service needs and schedule their Service & Follow up works, additionally, you’ll provide customers with progress updates regarding their service repairs and inform them of any issues.  Your other duties will involve:  - Scheduling the maintenance and repair works of contract customers  - Assisting with the completion of service documentation  Closing of Work Orders  - Scheduling & Completing Customer call backs  - Identifying ways to further improve our client’s service offering  To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:  - Customer support experience, ideally within a similar industry  - An engineering qualification, ideally a degree  Organised and proactive, as a customer Service Advisor, you must be a good listener with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
