Your missionAs a Customer Care Specialist, you will assist our customers with their questions and problems to let them have the best experience using our products.
What you’ll be doing
• Help customers to perceive the highest satisfaction and comfort. Contacts will mainly come from sport clubs using the Playtomic booking system and from players who make reservations through Playtomic app or website
• Cover conversations and bugs arriving during weekends
• Report in the most accurate way bugs and feedback coming from our users. We want to provide the best experience for our customers, you will be part of this process
• Be in charge of Customer's happiness. A happy customer is a loyal customer!
