Engage is part of the Marston (Holdings) Limited group and work on behalf of many major household names from the utilities sector.

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator.

The overall purpose of this role is to deal professionally and effectively with all customer correspondence (Emails, letters and voicemails), ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance and supporting the fair and appropriate treatment of customers.

Ensuring responses are issued to customers within set timescales, and providing the highest level of customer service by providing high quality, accurate and customer-focussed responses.

This role includes the handling of customer correspondence for all applicable portfolios and clients within the Customer Care function.

Key elements of the role: Ensuring all Email, white mail (letters) correspondence and voicemail messages are accurately recorded on the relevant case management system, including your response.

Ensuring accurate, high quality and personalised responses are issued to customers both by Email and whitemail, and within set timescales.

Written responses must be clear, fair, not misleading for the customer and deal effectively with the customer’s enquiry.

Where required, and if the specific role dictates, accurately and efficiently triaging all correspondence /complaints within required timescales and either escalating or referring the account for additional action.

Ensuring details of all complaints are passed to the Complaints Team quickly and efficiently.

Ensure all required systems are kept updated with details of the customer’s correspondence, action taken, and your response.

Systems include: Genesys & Exodus.

Escalate enquiries as required (to Team Leader, Head of Department and / or other senior stakeholders), to ensure any potential reputational risk is minimised.

Consistently meet / exceed your individual objectives and targets as set by your Team Leader.

These include: productivity targets, quality assurance targets, and demonstration of the group values (Professionalism, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork and Innovation).
