Are you an expert in Arabic culture and passion-driven about minority inclusion and citizenship? Do you want to guide an NGO dedicated to building bridges and creating meaningful social impact?

We are seeking a dedicated Cultural Consultant to advise our NGO on upcoming citizenship projects in the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advising: Provide cultural insights and expert guidance on Arabic cultural norms, communication, and community values to optimize project design.

• Citizenship Programming: Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating citizenship projects for minority groups in the MENA region.

• Community Engagement: Facilitate trust-building and dialogue between the NGO and Arabic-speaking minority communities.

• Stakeholder Support: Conduct internal workshops for NGO staff to enhance cultural competency and awareness.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in Arabic and high proficiency in English.

• Cultural Expertise: Deep, nuanced understanding of local culture and traditions, and the challenges faced by minorities in the MENA region.

• Relevant Background: Academically a master’s degree is required.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex cultural dynamics into actionable strategies.
