If so, read on.  Established over 25 years ago, our client is the leading private provider of hearing care solutions for adults in Ireland.

They have more than 75 clinics throughout the country.

Now, they’re looking for a CRM / Office Administrator to join their team.  Once you join this nationwide company, you’ll discover an innovative environment operating at the cutting-edge of technology.

You’ll have the chance to learn from a highly-skilled team, take on a diverse workload and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the company.  As a CRM / Office Administrator, you’ll provide a high level of support to our client’s marketing campaigns with specific focus on the management and upkeep of the database and CRM system.  Joining a friendly team, you will:  - Enter data and leads from online and press campaigns  - Extract data for various analysis  - Prepare reports  - Liaise with external fulfilment, print and creative agency partners  - Complete general administrative and office management activities  - respond to incoming calls and staffing the switchboard  Interested? To be considered, you’ll need:  - At least three years’ office administration experience  - Experience of working with CRM systems  - Strong analytical and numerical skills  - Thorough knowledge and an understanding of MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint  Enthusiastic and approachable, as a CRM / Office Administrator, you’ll have excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills and a great eye for detail.
