Salesforce Team Lead (m/w/d) Sofia or remote (ERP-Berater/in - ERP-Consultant)

· Be responsible for a team of 7-8 Salesforce developers/consultants based

in Bulgaria, monitoring their workload, performance, and motivation.

· Ensure an individual approach towards each team member, be ready to

mentor them and support them to reach their technical goals and knowledge

enhancement.

· Collaborate with various international teams

· You analyze the technical and functional requirements of the customer in

terms of feasibility, and you develop/configure complex IT software

solutions based on scrum.

· As part of an agile team, you will contribute to the conception,

development/configuration, and support of Salesforce projects.

· You will take ownership for user stories, provide effort estimates for

customer requirements and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews,

and retrospectives.

· Keep yourself and the team up to date with trends and developments in

the field and their potential impact on the organization via research and

hands-on development practice.

· You are a natural team leader focused both on the people and on the

technical results.

· You are a Salesforce Developer or a Salesforce Consultant with at least

5 years of experience in the ecosystem.

· You have previous experience leading a team and communicating with

different stakeholders.

· A positive, resourceful, and motivated attitude with a learning mindset

also loving to share knowledge.

· You have deep knowledge on the system and have been working with

different clouds.

· You posses at least two Salesforce certifications.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as fluency in

English.
