Construction and Service Worker Needed – Immediate Start

We are looking for a skilled and experienced worker for various installation work as well as servicing and maintenance of our properties. Do you have solid experience in construction and property maintenance, and are you ready to take responsibility for our service tasks? Then you might be the person we are looking for!

About the Job: As a service worker, you will be responsible for planning your own day, coordinating, and carrying out property service tasks. You will be part of a team of craftsmen and service workers and help ensure that the tasks are completed on time and with high quality. Tasks include maintenance of buildings, renovation projects, and smaller construction jobs.

Your main tasks will be:

• Planning and coordination of maintenance and renovation tasks
• Supervision of construction projects and property service tasks
• Quality assurance and follow-up on completed work
• Communication with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Adherence to budgets and timelines

We expect that you:

• Have experience in craftsmanship or a similar role, preferably with a focus on property services
• Have a relevant professional education in construction or property maintenance
• Possess good communication and teamwork skills
• Can work in a structured and independent manner
• Have knowledge of building regulations and safety rules
• Are results-oriented and have an eye for detail
