Do you want to be part of the construction of a new urban hospital which will provide more than 450,000 citizens with state-of-the-art healthcare?

The project for the New Bispebjerg Hospital represents a key intervention within the vision proposed by the Capital Region of Denmark for the development of healthcare services in the area. The architectural complex develops in an area of around 77.500 sqm, within six pavilions will host a dense and widely articulated functional program. The three key departments will be: Emergency, Operation, and Radiology.

The New Bispebjerg Hospital represents the perfect union of quality and sustainability, in which the intrinsic plus value is constituted by a concerted and shared work between the various professionals involved.

The construction of the New Bispebjerg Hospital is moving fast, and we need more hands to help keep the process flowing. Therefore, we are looking for a concrete supervisor- foreman to provide leadership of to our concrete workers.

Your daily tasks would among other consist of:

• Provide leadership to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationship within the site workers/subcontractors/suppliers and promote a positive project morale.
• Coordinate concrete work tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
• Receiving and reviewing Daily reports of work done and labour and material employed
• Guarantee all safety protocols and quality standards are strictly observed.

The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:

• Proven experience as a construction foreman or higher, preferably from a larger construction project.
• In-depth knowledge of constructions procedures, HSE legislation, and quality standards in Denmark.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and plans.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving qualities.
• Ability to work in a high speed and quickly changing environment.
