Key Areas of Responsibility:
Sales
Ongoing HubSpot database maintenance/ update sales leads.
Creating sector specific databases (for all our access solutions and after sales)
Processing and forwarding of sales leads and managing general leads are paramount.
Sales admin, including quote management, sales materials.
Epicor administration.
Supporting sales team with customers.
Develop Customer relationships.
Stores
Process job requisition and shortage sheets onto Epicor.
Deal with invoices and purchase order queries.
Weekly inventory of PPE items and place replacement orders.
Re-order sundry items as required.
Process stock adjustment forms and maintain spreadsheets.
Ad-hoc inventory checks.
Receipt goods received onto Epicor.
Filling of delivery notes
The maintenance and control of aftersales parts stock records on primarily Company Business Systems or other associated documents and spreadsheets.
Provide regular feedback to the store’s supervisor and service department regarding shortfalls or areas for improvement.
Following the Versalift UK procedure for booking in goods required for Aftersales parts order.
Ensuring no parts are issued without the relevant paperwork.
After Sales
With the support of UK HR, hiring employees.
Generating reports for the Head of After Sales.
Ensure operational efficiency and service delivery targets are achieved.
Ensuring all work completed by the Service Team complies with relevant Health and Safety and Environmental Legislation and Policy.
Liaising with UK centralised services to ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
Be required to support management in developing a continuously improving safety culture throughout the workshop and associated activities.
Supervise the Service Engineers and assist with the training and development to ensure operational requirements are met.
Liaising with the Shared Services Team in the UK to prepare accurate estimates for job quotes.
Completion of all relevant documentation pertaining to Services, Repairs and Inspections that have been carried out.
The completion of other tasks as may be reasonably requested by the Company.
Chasing Open Jobs and paperwork
Assist with phone calls.
Arrange the collections of vehicles and their associated record details.
Process all invoiceable jobs using internal processes.
Process the Repair and Maintenance contracts.
LOLER
Schedule all LOLER examinations within the compliant dates
Administrations of all LOLER paperwork
Maintain LOLER database.
External Service Engineers
Raise engineer job sheets.
Co-Ordinate Road Engineer and sub-contract work
Epicor and Machine Record Page
Assist in the closing of jobs within the Epicor business system.
Raise Purchase Orders within the Epicor business system.
Assist with the ongoing development of the Epicor business system.
General Administration
