MARS is looking for a Communication Partner to the Senior Vice President and to the MARS management team. We are looking for a candidate with an international perspective on strategic communication to spear head internal communication. Your job will be to develop and drive a strategic communication agenda across and from the area in close collaboration with dedicated colleagues and communication partners. If you are motivated by supporting a strategic agenda across a diverse area and on delivering on ambitious goals, you may be the person we are searching for. You will be based in Søborg, Denmark. About the department You will be reporting to the Vice President & Executive Assistant and will be working closely with the Senior Vice President and his management team. Your peers will be communication partners throughout R&D and within MARS. As the role is newly established, you will get the opportunity to influence communication strategy and the content of the role as well as develop the collaboration with communication partners in the organisation. The position Based on the R&D strategy and the ambition of the area your job will be to support the Senior Vice President and the management team with communication support, e.g. ensuring appealing and scientific sound presentations and for developing key messages to ensure progress and results are communicated to employees and leaders in and outside the business area. You will be responsible for developing and delivering on the communication strategy for the area including news flow, internal communication channels and various projects supporting our strategies and business processes. You will also drive or co-drive events such as leader conferences and employee seminars. The position is a specialist position. Qualifications You hold a relevant Master’s degree within science, communication, business administration or similar. You have minimum 5-7 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry and have solid understanding of integrated communication strategies and how to use digital assets and social media tools to support positioning and communication goals. Furthermore you have: •Ability to work with multiple communication disciplines and develop core messaging and compelling storytelling. •Proven track record of strong project execution with a passion for delivering impact and tangible business results. •Strong interpersonal skills, understand how to leverage knowledge and experience of peers. •Near-native written and spoken English skills.
