Requirements

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience or equivalent in a business partnering role, with a proven track record of collaborating with senior teams. FMCG experience is preferred.

Strong analytical and interpretive skills, with the ability to present financial data in a clear, actionable way. Demonstrated ability to challenge conventional thinking and create positive change.

Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to make a significant impact. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels. Resilient, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.

Education

Accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is required.
