Client Training Setup and Delivery Associate (m/f/d)

Your mission will span the Academy's value chain, from proposal management to client service.

Proposal Management  

    Ensure the effective execution of the proposal issuance workflow from design to sign off;

    Liaise with the Offering Management team and Client Relationship Managers to craft the proposal content as per clients' needs and expectations;

    Perform the applicable compliance controls and ensure the continuous monitoring of related deadlines;

    Perform quality checks throughout the proposal issuance process;

    Input proposal related data in the learning management system;

    Monitor the proposal issuance funnel to ensure an optimal proposal issuance rate.

Client Service

    Organize open, dedicated and e-learning training programs and learning events including but not limited to planning, trainers and participants support, venue and catering management, course material issuance and dispatch;

    Coordinate internal and external trainers' pools and support them in the effective delivery of the related courses;

    Act as key contact for clients on logistical related matters;

    Input training related data in the learning management system;  

    Course invoicing and budgetary follow-up;

    Welcome participants to open courses and provide them course related information;

    Provide regular feedback on course planning and delivery to the other Academy team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of training management processes;

    Manage the INFPC reporting process on behalf of our clients.

    You have excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French.
